Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, profile photo from Google sign-in), your selected role, freelancer profile data (bio, category, hourly rate, portfolio photos, availability), corporate profile data (company name, tax number, address), the ID document you upload for verification, and booking, invoice, and review history.

2. How we use it

To operate bookings between corporate accounts and freelancers, to verify identity and company details before an account is approved, to generate invoices, to send transactional email (welcome messages, sign-in links, booking notifications), and to improve the platform.

3. ID documents specifically

Uploaded ID documents are used only for verification review by an admin.

4. Who we share data with

A corporate account sees a freelancer's public profile (category, rate, portfolio, rating) when browsing talent. A freelancer sees the corporate account's details for bookings they're invited to. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

5. Sub-processors

Database hosting (Supabase/Postgres) and transactional email delivery (Resend), when configured.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data, and the right to object to certain processing.

7. Security

Session data is stored in an encrypted cookie.

8. Age requirement

LYNK HUB is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
